This has cost nearly $20,000 and the truck was actually better off stock than it is now. To top it all off, the UCA's looked to be used, there's channel lock or vise marks mared into the top hats of the shocks and the sticker is missing off one of the rear shocks. I've had to prematurely replace the inner and outer axel seals and hubs/wheel bearings because of the aggressive shock not being absorbed by the coil overs but transferred into all of the other front end components. It's all very strange because there wasn't a single issue with the truck before they performed this work. Which a gear and axle shop says it's actually because they didn't address the pinion angle. When I picked up the truck the next day Aaron and the mechanic that did the work we're «off that day» and a different salesman tried telling me that my Toyo Open Country Tires are actually for dually's and that's what's causing the vibration traveling from the rear end up the driveline into the transfer case. This left me stranded in Reno with my only change of clothes in the truck across town while they knew I live a little over two hours away. They called me at 6:30 that night to let me know the truck wouldn't be finished until at least noon the next day. They swore up and down that the truck would be finished by the end of the day while I expressed doubts of that being possible. They eventually scheduled me to drop off the truck so they could replace the damaged UCA's and shock hoses while sending the shocks out to be rebuilt to the extended travel spec and softer valving because the ride was so aggressively rough. All in all I was treated as I was stupid and knew nothing about geometry, physics and the way suspension works and should perform, even as these components are designed for driving rather fast off road. The original request of purchase was the extended travel shocks which was not what they installed and the rears shocks weren't with compression adjusters as requested either. When I took this up with their corporate office the shop lagged on getting in touch with me to correct the issue. I've driven the truck for quite a bit of time and amazed at how horrible the truck rides and the aggressive slamming from every little nook and cranny in the road.

When I called them after driving it for a few days to enquirer the cause and concerns the salesman said it would be an additional $1000. This suspension is designed for off-road desert racing and some how it was set up in a fashion that actually performs extremely rough and is outperformed by the stock suspension.

As a heavy equipment operator and truck driver for nearly 18 years at Squaw Valley, I knew this was a weird statement and actually drove the truck like I would normally drive. The truck as hard as possible to break in the shocks because they're extremely stiff.
